Rocket City Civil Rights is a North Alabama nonprofit that seeks to archive, advocate and assist in social reform rooted in Huntsville’s contribution to the Civil Rights Movement. Truth, integrity and accessibility are our guiding principles to advance our mission through exhibitions, education and civic engagement. Our hope is for generations to critically apply lessons from Huntsville’s past to further foster its growth into the twenty first century.
