A Plus Master Tutoring Center is a privately owned and operated tutoring center for all ages. We specialize in foundational core skills that children and adult frequently do not aquire in the classroom. Denise J. Mastro is the founder and owner of A Plus. Her reading, writing, math and advanced (090) math programs are outstanding. Denise administers a battery of diagnostic assessments to determine the students precise skill level. Woodcock Johnson, and a diagnostic that correlates with the specific program at the Center. Once skill levels are determined, curriculum is custom designed for each student, every session. Skills are monitiored and managed properly. Instruction technique and methods are taught to staff, and executed according to Center policy and philosophy. Students are treated with respect and positive reinfocement. A token economy and snack bar send students an important message- that they are cared for and valued.
