The School Of Rural Management (XSRM) owes its origin to XIMB’s RM specialization program. It continues the legacy of molding RM professionals since 1995. Here students are acquainted with the vision and values of excellence, integrity, inclusiveness, compassion, and ethics set by Xavier University. Since its inception in 1995, XIMB has offered a functional specialization in RM in the PGDM program. A full-fledged 2-year PGDM-RM program was launched in 2014. This is now offered as MBA-RM, the flagship program of the Xavier School of Rural Management. In this exquisite world of HR, finance, marketing, supply chain, operations, and business managers, we forget to take accountability for those who are at the bottom of the pyramid, deprived, and facing looming issues. Hence, Xavier School of Rural Management focuses on fortifying proficient, passionate, and skilled rural managers with a comprehensive understanding of rural India, the pressing issues, social reforms, developing and enhancing government policies, to name a few. Our program empowers our students with the knowledge, skills, and the long-term vision that leads to a committed service to the society, working with compassion for the growth and upliftment of our rural sectors. Our core curriculum is designed collaboratively by stalwarts from both academia and industry. The course content is delivered by a world-class faculty.
