Strategic foresight is a strategic management tool and a discipline with which individuals, organisations and society look towards the future to anticipate what the future might hold. It then empowers them to imagine several possible futures, to decide on a preferred future and to take action towards that preferred future. Edward Cornish Online interactive Foresight Training Our courses take place over three weeks and cover 12 modules (see below). There are two 2.5-hour interactive online sessions each week, and each session covers two modules. Sessions run from 7 pm to 9:30 pm, with a break between the two modules. Each module includes pre-readings, recorded PowerPoint presentations, whole group questions and discussion, and small group activities. Each session also concludes with an assessment of the material and delivery of that session's work.
