The Philadelphia Area Relocation Council was formerly established in May 1983 as the Delaware Valley Relocation Council (DVRC). It provides a forum for relocation professionals to share ideas, trends, relocation policies and networking approaches. Our mission is to engage membership, exchange information, and inspire innovation to foster success in global mobility in the Philadelphia region and beyond.
