We help accelerate and de-risk product innovation by providing professional design support and specialised academic expertise for businesses seeking to grow through product innovation. Our designers and supporting specilists are based in three professional design studios in Brunel, De Montfort and Nottingham Trent Universities. We work with businesses of all sizes but prioritise those interested in building new capability in product design and development. Our designers have experience in working across sectors as diverse as: consumer, med-tech, electronics, healthcare, engineering, automotive, digital devices and services. In addition to product design and development support, we also help to de-risk the process of engaging designers by providing deferred re-payment grants to fund support activity for participating companies.
