VUCAP Systems was established in 2016, due to an ever-increasing demand from organisations to create adaptive systems that support the organisations achieve their strategic objectives. VUCAP helps Boards and Executive teams add value to their organisations by managing complex problems. We assist by drawing insights from both internal and external data. These insights are presented to directors and the executive team visually and with context, so as to improve governance, develop strategy, reduce risk, and increase value. VUCAP assists by supporting boards to develop management systems that add value and reduce risk. The vision of a Better World is defined by collectively achieving the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals. The VUCAP mission is to support Australian organisations develop systems that underpin their strategy and increase organisational value whilst aligning with the Goals.
