Primarily focusing on HR and Marketing, VeiraMal also undertakes management projects as our wide and diverse range of consultants are well-equipped in providing solutions for a wide range of management problems. VeiraMal Consulting was founded in 2018 with the sole intention of breaking free from the clutches of corporate bureaucracy. After working with several multi-national brands for over 15 years, Natasha set out to establish her very own specialised consulting firm where she aimed to provide tailored HR services to medium and large-scale businesses. With a humble beginning of only 2 employees, VeiraMal now employs 8 personnel who are working simultaneously with different clients across an array of projects ranging from human resources, payroll, marketing and project management. Internally, VeiraMal is very keen on upskilling and training its employees to prepare them for the future. VeiraMal encourages a free spirit culture at work, which allows employees to explore a task or project as per their individual style. This helps empower employees and raise a certain level of confidence by providing them with a positive workplace culture to further honer their skills.
