Ita.ca | Italian Case-Law on Private Antitrust Enforcement
itaca.eurojus.itIta.ca (Italian Case-Law on Private Antitrust Enforcement) is a database of the judgments handed down by Italian Courts in the field of private antitrust enforcement. Ita.ca is the evolution, at national level, of the previous "Giurisprudenza Antitrust Milanese", which gathered only the judgments of the Courts of Milan. It is the result of a synergy between the Universities of Milan and Ferrara and the Courts of Milan, Rome and Naples (which are the only ones having jurisdiction for private antitrust enforcement actions in Italy, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 3/2017). The database is continously updated and it covers the decisions adopted from January 1st 2013. At the moment, it gathers only final judgments and no interim orders.
