Located in the tech-savvy Pacific Northwest, Glacier River Design has been in business since 2009. After working for companies that develop products in both standards and non-standards driven environments, the principals formed Glacier River Design to follow a passion of providing clients with high quality embedded engineering capability, creativity, design and problem solving that delivers solutions per requirements, on schedule and within budget. Our core strength is embedded firmware. We work on all types of software from the tiny 8-“bit-ters” with 16 bytes of RAM to 32-bit processors contained in handheld devices. No matter what size of processor we design and deliver high-quality code and solutions. As embedded engineers we work equally well at the hardware layer (peripherals) and at the software level to create solutions that meet the customer’s expectations.
