Provide services to the clients in their Homes, Retirement homes, Senior Homes, long-term care facilities and the Hospitals   All services are supervised by Registered Nurses * Staff include, personal support workers, caregivers, registered practical nurses, registered nurses, community nurses and paramedics * an individualized care plan is designed to meet the needs of clients     Health care services include:  * companionship and home help  * hygiene and personal care     Specialized services included:   * palliative, respite and hospice care  * alzheimer and dementia care  * physical assistance and nursing therapy    Non Emergency Patient Transfer Services include transportation to the clients for their:  * doctors appointments  * hospitals / surgery / treatment   * clinic appointments  * dialysis centers
