The student group of Engineering Managers at the FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg

We are a group of creative and ambitious students of Engineering Management at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. We give ourselves and our fellow students the opportunity to broaden their horizons and develop both professionally and personally. Simultaneously, we form an extensive network that stretches from the first semester students to our alumni. The participation or joint organisation of excursions, seminars and workshops gives students the opportunity to get to know other students from different semesters and departments. At the same time, valuable contacts to business are established and maintained. The Verband Deutscher Wirtschaftsingenieure e. V. abbreviated VWI (German Association for Engineering Management) was founded in 1932 and aims to promote industrial engineers in interdisciplinary fields of activity. It offers all industrial engineers a platform to exchange ideas and experiences along with the discussion current topics. In this way, networks are created between the members of the association and interested parties from business, science and society. As a member of the nationwide umbrella association, we are part of a network of over 7,200 industrial engineers.
