The Armored Group (TAG), a worldwide provider of armored and highly specialized vehicles, announces the recent acquisition of JPA Armoring GmBH and Fahrzeugbau Stadthagen GmbH, two German-based vehicle armoring companies. The acquisition includes the entire manufacturing facility, all tools, fixtures, and equipment, as well as all intellectual property, designs, certifications and testing results. The new company will be known as TAG Germany GmbH formerly JPA & Fahrzeugbau Stadthagen GmBH. To retain the company’s outstanding reputation and industry-leading quality standards TAG has retained all original key employees and will add to the staff as production requirements increase. This move ensures that the production facility will continue to produce the same level of world-class products and offer the same exceptional customer support as it has for the past 20+ years.
