Since 2006 Westcome Heat Exchanger has developed and manufactured our product, a patented heat exchanger designed explicit for direct heat exchange between flows, with high viscosity matter (as digestate, sludge). Since 2006 We hold several patents, and our design and new principles of heat exchanging difficult masses as slurry, sludge, biomass etc., has proven itself as a trouble less method, working many installations since 2006. Our invention results in: - no maintenance, no sealings, no spareparts needed in stock. - low pump effect required due to low flow rate and forced stirring. - very low risk of fouling due to same cross cut area throughout the channels in the heat exchanger. (No hot and dead zones). - customizeable sizing and lowest foot print installation on market. - highest effiency due to direct heat exchange cold/warm, even with high viscous matter such as sludge/biomass with D.M content. - no risk of clogging.
