As an organization we have been successfully operating and facilitating Developmental Training for Corporate companies, Educational Institutes and Government Organizations for over 9 years now. The format we follow is usually a one day / two day ‘Adventure training Capsule’ that exposes participants to various Adventure & Team building activities. This format can be executed in the form of either as an in-house or at an outbound location. The program is then followed by an analysis of the Interpersonal team dynamics, the inhibitions, the fears, and the basic / natural emotions and reactions, experienced.
