This disparity makes it difficult for young women across the world to gain footing in the tech ecosystem. We believe that every young woman can aspire for a role in tech and achieve her goals. We also believe the people best situated to nurture these dreams are the women currently in technology. We cannot leave this to chance and simply assume that the imbalance will improve by itself, rather we are making a deliberate effort to see to it that one day there will be an equal number of men and women at all levels in the technology industry.
