Wholehearted Masculine is a coaching and consulting organization that partners with leaders in Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) to engage White men meaningfully in JEDI work. Through leadership coaching and experiential group learning, we support White men to become confident, courageous, and accountable partners in disrupting systems of oppression and building a more equitable world for all. We help male leaders connect to their authentic power in accountable ways by unlocking and expressing vital parts of themselves that are often undervalued in hyper-masculine business cultures. While White Supremacy and Patriarchy are specifically designed to oppress certain groups, they dehumanize all of us. White men, who collectively benefit from unearned social, political, economic, and environmental privileges within these systems of oppression, often also experience the impacts of shame, fear, and isolation within these same systems. At Wholehearted Masculine, we embrace the messy wholeness of who we are so that we can affirm the humanity in others, particularly those who are disproportionately impacted by systems of oppression. We strive toward collective liberation and a world that works for all. We cultivate accountable partnerships with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ JEDI leaders, to bolster the effectiveness of existing and emerging JEDI initiatives by specifically engaging White men.
