U!Shine is a mental and emotional health program that brings awareness, education, and hope to campuses. Anxiety and depression can show up in everyday and even life-threatening ways for our students. U!Shine shifts the conversation on campuses to create an open and accepting culture that is aware and supportive of emotional well-being. Our holistic programs help students understand the science of our emotions, find spiritual strength and hope in God's love, and learn practical tools to help them better their well-being: mind, body, and spirit.
