Atlantic Outreach Group (AOG), is a community based 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is dedicated to empowering individuals and families by connecting them to resources needed for their success. Founded in 2010, we assist those that are overwhelmed by physical, mental, emotional, social and financial challenges, by providing resources that assist in making positive sustainable changes in their lives. We act as a resource compass providing direction to individuals by bridging the gap between those in need and those who assist in meeting those needs through effective community programs and services.
