There are two key aspects to the Meisen portfolio. Firstly, we utilize directors' funds and retained earnings to build and manage positively geared property investments that offer a long-term and above-market yield whilst also presenting the opportunity for significant capital gains. The focus on this part of the business is to provide the business with ample cash flows and continually build on our balance sheet that we can later leverage for future projects. The second part of the business focuses on property development in a more pure sense. Together with a select group of investors, we source projects that offer stellar returns without compromising on demographic/market fit, and we focus on areas with underlying population growth pinned upon infrastructure and employment amenity improvements. Our interest is to build long-term and highly profitable relationships with investors, and we always co-invest to ensure we only recommend projects we personally believe in.
