Instead of the customer taking their ink and toner to the recycling center, the recycling center came to them. This service was provided to customers including hospitals, collection agencies, advertising agencies, etc. In short, this service was available to all businesses in the states of AL, GA, KY, and TN. As the years have gone by, customers inquired about other services that would benefit them.
