Formally NortheBridge Dynamics, S.T.A.R. Labs researches and develops next-era new generation 'celestial technologies' in pursuit of the Celestial Atlantis Treaty Organization's mission as described in CATO's Charter. After becoming the Scientific and Technological Advanced Research Laboratories, the former division of NortheBridge is now considered a Directorate of the Celestial Atlantis Treaty Organization although it operationally still operates as it did when it was NortheBridge Dynamics.
