About Us Kupfer Capital Corporation goal is to seek small to mid size real estate development opportunities in both primary and secondary markets throughout Canada. Kupfer Capital Corporation will look at both residential and commercial development opportunities. Our core strategy consists of working with developers and builders that are seeking an equity investment in their projects, in return for a stake in the finished project. In addition, Kupfer Capital Corporation will work with property owners that are seeking to understand their current asset and the potential of that asset if they were to develop a project on their land. We believe that the equity component that developers require in order to close on the land and carry out soft costs is a niche market and a unique one in that there is dire need of equity capital. The equity capital will provide a minimum return on investment (ROI) of at least 20% per annum. Kupfer Capital Corporation will create joint venture partnerships with high performance industry specialists to produce advantageous risk-adjusted returns for its clients. Our goal is to invest in high-quality commercial and residential developers and builders. We know that there will also be an opportunity for certain projects to be flowed through to potential end buyers such as REITs.
