Completed a a contract with Gaia Resources assisting their project for the Department of Health as a solution architect and security analyst. We have developed an open-source solution for My Aged Care on the GovCMS platform. I'm pleased to note the solution has gone live and the project has entered its operational phase. The year before I was engaged by Synergy as a coach to project and program managers 'up-skilling' in scheduling, resourcing, and costing. It was an ambitious program and I found it very satisfying sharing tips and best-practices that helped digital, data analytics, and IOT program managers get the most from the latest portfolio-project management tools on their large-scale generation, wholesale, and retail energy business. Before this was project managing a data analytics and asset management project for the Curtin University Innovations program, contracting through Perfekt and Hitachi. Prior to that I project-managed for Main Roads Real-time Network Intelligence project, developing the full business case for a highly innovative data analytics and integration program with vast potential for public benefit.
