Adult Day Care of Calvert County is a small independent non-profit organization in Calvert County, Maryland that provides medical and social services to elderly and disabled adults who need care during the day, while their caretakers attend to other family matters. Licensed and regulated by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as an Adult Medical Day Care (AMDC), Adult Day Care of Calvert County provides social activities during the day, snacks, lunch, transportation to and from the Center, and medical oversight with a registered nurse present daily.
