At A&C Enterprise Solutions, we focus on delivering agile results for our global clients. A&C Enterprise Solutions has the ability to implement an ERM/Operating System in months not years. Many of the larger players take years to deploy a cross functional ERM, we have a 12 pillar approach that allows for adaptability to time/people constraints thus reducing the organizational burden/cost. The main areas of focus are Health & Safety/Security, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP). While we will still offer other areas of support for clients that need/want it, these are our pivot points based on adapting to the world we see today as well into the future. As we move to another era at the back side of Covid-19 and then post Covid-19, these three areas have and will continue to be a significant focal areas for organizations.
