www.meangirlsempowerment.orgOur organization aims to prevent bullying and teach girls how to identify bullying behaviors. We seek to empower young ladies to avoid negativity, build self-confidence, and to seek out their passion and divine purpose by providing guidance and positive skills to help enrich their life experiences. Mean Girls Empowerment™ Mentoring Program – is designed to educate girls struggling against bullying, teaches girls how to identify bullying behaviors, and empowers young ladies to avoid negativity. Our participants are guided to identify the causes of bullying and ‘mean girl’ behavior, differentiate between behavior that is rude, mean, and bullying, and are given tools and action steps to guide them when they encounter bullying, either as the victim or as a bystander. We offer a custom curriculum that focuses on communication, decision making, self-esteem and goal setting. Through lessons, activities, and role-playing, our girls build leadership skills and character traits such as honesty, personal accountability, learning to listen to the viewpoints of others, clear communication, critical thinking about life and sound decision making.
