Who are we ? Nicolas is a civil engineer who worked for 10 years for a french construction and real estate company in an international environment. He worked as business developer in several countries (Czech Republic, UK, Germany) and opened offices for them in London and Berlin. He is also founder and animator of a french-speaking-network of about 120 members in contruction and real estate branch in Germany. He speaks french, german, english and czech. Anthony is also a civil engineer who worked for the same company for about 12 years, and worked as a project manager for them mainly in Poland and Germany. He has a strong knowledge of german and polish regulation, and understands how to work in a different cultural environment. He speaks french, polish, german and english. We are now 6 engineers and architects in our UC-Team. What can we do ? - Business Development in entering the german market : definition of the strategy and business plan, benchmarking, creation of portfolio, animation of the commercial network. - Real Estate Development : search of lands, analysis of master plan, feasibility study, negociation with the seller, network of local architects. - Project Management : for clients or directly for general contractors, from studies phase to delivery of the keys, assisted by a large network of subcontractors. - Small projects : light renovation and new constructions like villas and small buildings. Where are we ? Based in Berlin since 2020 and Mannheim since 2022, we are active in whole Germany and flexible regarding the type of mission or project. Who are our clients ?
