First investors in Seamless and Invison. We take a flexible approach to investing and structuring deals. We target solid, EBITDA positive companies which are typically under $30M in enterprise value. We are flexible and creative in structuring  BBF is also differentiated in its approach. Beyond providing equity capital, all three founders are former SMB operator-investors with deep tech and digital backgrounds.  These expertise will enable us to help our operating partners grow their companies.
