IEEE TEMS (Technology and Engineering Management Society) is a student run chapter which aims to inculcate and promote engineering knowledge and managerial skills of students by conducting technical and non-technical workshops as part of the mission to enhance the knowledge base of students. Students are encouraged and aided to quench their thirst for excellence in both technical and non-technical aspects. The Vision of TEMS is to be the premier resource of essential management and leadership knowledge. The Mission of TEMS is to advance, enhance, and improve essential management and leadership knowledge and skills of IEEE members. The TEMS Value Proposition is to: 1.
