Our mission at East River Pilates is to share the life changing benefits of Pilates with all people, in Brooklyn, and beyond. We combine the world’s best contemporary feel-good Pilates workouts with a focus on form, function, and flow, and the support of an inclusive and celebratory community. East River Pilates was established on a rooftop overlooking the East River in the Spring of 2014 by movement enthusiast, Kimmy Kellum. Since our creation, we have expanded to multiple locations and quickly become the home of feel-good Pilates, in Brooklyn, and beyond, thanks to our dream team. We've also had the pleasure of being featured in Featured in Vogue, WMag, Well+Good, Observer, NY Magazine, BossBabe, Romper, Refinery 29, Insider, and Brides. In 2019, we launched our comprehensive Teacher Training Program, which prides itself on graduating Pilates instructors for the real world, and in 2020, we created ERP Online, our online platform that offers hundreds of live virtual and on-demand specialty classes and workshops. Today, we are proud to provide a safe space for people around the world to move together in community. With community at our core, we offer choose what you pay virtual and community classes, Pilates en Español classes, and financial support to make Pilates accessible.
