Currently we are building homes in the Orlando area at Sawgrass Bay in Clermont, FL, WaterSide in Boynton Beach, FL., St. Moritz in Tamarac, FL. We also build custom luxury homes in Boca Raton, FL. We are completeting the construction of a townhome rental community in Naples, FL called Amberton with over 300 units. Since 1994, Home Dynamics Corp. has completed construction of 21 communities with over 3000 homes built. Through the years we have put together a team of highly experienced professionals with knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the home building industry from land acquisition, to construction, to customer service.
