Sun Hung Kai Properties' construction division is comprised of Sanfield (Management) Limited and its wholly-owned subsidiaries. Under the Group's vertical integration management strategy, the construction division develops premium projects at reasonable cost in terms of construction and material sourcing. The division also keeps pace with today's constantly rising construction standards and requirements by leveraging innovative technologies as well as establishing a safe and rigorous construction system. This ensures that workers and contractors complete all works in accordance with clear guidelines in order to construct quality properties. The construction division provides a wide range of related services to the Group and third parties, including landscaping, provision of electrical- and fire-prevention systems as well as leasing of construction plant and machinery. Through an associate and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, the division also supplies ready-mix concrete and precast concrete components to the Group and external parties.
