We provide early intervention services to children ages 0 to 3 in Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Washington, and Westmoreland counties. Our continued goal is to hire the most qualified therapists to provide therapy services, giving families and caregivers the tools to allow their children to reach their fullest potential. Our therapists work hand in hand with families to make positive changes in their child's life. Education about development, play ideas and integration of this knowledge into daily routines is crucial for each individual child’s progress. The goal is that children with developmental delays will catch up to their peers by preschool. With a team approach, TEIS will educate families about the services we provide for their children and train them so that they may integrate treatment into their daily routines. We will also inform parents about resources available to them in the community to assist them in helping their family reach their fullest potential.
