Walker, William C. Haggerty and Jeffrey S. Behar founded our firm in 1991. Prior to founding Ford, Walker, Haggerty & Behar, they were senior partners at Shield & Smith, a large Los Angeles insurance defense law firm. The founding partners selected a group of talented attorneys with experience in defending general casualty litigation claims to form the basis of Ford, Walker, Haggerty & Behar.
