Run For Your Life is a speciality running store that supports and encourages runners and triathletes of all levels and abilities. We offer shoes, clothing, training, groups, coaching and events for runners of all levels. Store hours are limited but appointments are always available by appointment. Located in the St. Thomas Health and Wellness Tuesday & Thursday 10am to 5pm, Saturday 11am to 5pm and at Sport in Port Wednesday & Sunday 12pm to 4pm.
