An on-line system designed to aid managers, and their key staff, in verifying temporary workers are assessed and trained to recognised standards, through the ability to 'view' a Virtual Training Record (VTR). The (virtual) Passport provides a quick and easy method of accessing data, making an informed decision on a drivers/operatives suitability and competency for a chosen role far quicker and easier Support the improvement of quick decision making, driving transparency into the process and optimising the human asset Reduces sunk costs on all sides of the relationship by mitigating repetitive assessment and training activities across different employers See when people wish to work allowing you to contact the best candidates for the job How does it work? Drivers and operatives can create their 'own' VTR that is accessible to other people if they provide their permission. These records can be associated with organisations or un-associated if the person works for multiple organisations. Organisations that have multiple associated VTRs can see organisational data through their dashboard and benefit from pro-active comms warning of looming expiration dates etc. The verified and quality assured assessors and trainers upload 'known' activities that are risk rated and visible in the VTR. There is also the ability for local activity to be uploaded so organisations need not maintain their own training information system.
