We manufacture a variety of components for the aerospace, defense, electronics, medical, and microwave industries starting at diameters of .012 for miniature components to a maximum capacity of 16.00″. The Lathe department consists of 16 machines; 6 Swiss Stars, and 10 Mazak lathes. Our 11 machine Milling department includes 6 horizontal mills, 1 with “lights out” capability having 96 stations, 120 tools, and 18,000 rpm. Our large capacity vertical mills are equipped with beds ranging from 20x40x20 to the largest capacity of 30x80x30. All of which have 4th axis capability. The wide range of equipment permits Concept Components to service the majority of our customers needs in one 30,000 square foot facility. Our large capacity manufacturing of precision milled and turned parts are produced using a wide range of materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, alloy steels and plastics.
