IEEE NEU Student Branch; With the efforts of the students of Necmettin Erbakan University's departments of Energy Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics and Computer, on March 4, 2019 it officially became operational among the 1320 student branches of IEEE (Institute for Engineers and Everybody Else), the world's largest professional and technical organization, non-profit. IEEE NEU, which is one of the fastest growing communities of Necmettin Erbakan University by increasing the number of members from a small student group to 100 in the week it was founded, became the IEEE Student Branch with the most new members in a week in all universities in Turkey (with 104 members) and has set an important record. Our community, which has been carrying out many educational and project-based activities in the technical and social field since 2019, is proud of being one of the most popular communities in the University structure by achieving many successes with its devoted efforts within the framework of the competencies of the community members. In the 2019 year-end activity reports, it has been awarded the title as the most comprehensive and largest student community among all the communities of Necmettin Erbakan University.
