Choice Housing Investments (“CHI”) was formed in 2018 as the Strategic Capital Partner of Vesta Corporation (“Vesta”), a developer, owner, and manager of multifamily real estate, primarily focused in the affordable space. CHI’s directive is to raise and deploy equity into Vesta real estate acquisitions, and to be a good steward to the investors that have shown and continue to show faith in us. To date, CHI has invested in seven properties totaling approximately 1,500 residential units in Texas and New York state. Similar to other Impact Investments, CHI strives to achieve both attractive returns for its investors and to have a positive social impact. It accomplishes this by investing in affordable and workforce housing, with the goal of providing quality housing that is proximate to places of employment. Along with Vesta, CHI continues to work to identify and execute on opportunities to deliver strong returns to its investors.
