My mission is to help spread awareness of safe aromatherapy practices, and how to use essential oils safely in your family's home. I believe that living a holistic lifestyle is an outstanding way to look and feel your best. I try to encourage and help others along in their health and wellness journey as well, by sharing my successes and failures along the way. Join me on my journey as we switch to eating more whole foods; using less chemical-filled, commercially produced cleaning products; creating our own cleaning and body products with natural ingredients & essential oils. I have decided to pursue my dream of becoming a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist!
