Angkor W Group’s history is at first a story of personal commitment; the story of Serge Billot. More than 12 years ago he fell deeply in love with Khmer Food and in 2002 choose to start his first bar/restaurant ‘Banana Leaf’ in the now famous Pub Street. Being a restless entrepreneur he opened a second restaurant ‘Amok’ almost a year later. This continued with ‘Cambodian BBQ’ opening in 2004 and has continued ever since. Serge has maintained a strong influence in the creative process for all the outlets and crafted a unique food experience for each location. We have free WiFi, accept Visa and offer air-conditioned areas in most of our restaurants. All our restaurant kitchens are operated in accordance with western standards of hygienic practice.
