The Gastrodome Group was established in 1999 by Edward and Sylvie Hyde, with the introduction of La Bodega Tapas Y Vinos, an authentic Spanish restaurant. The Group has since grown to include four La Bodega outlets throughout Kuala Lumpur, the Press Room Bistro, and Gastrodome Catering Services. Over the past 18 years, Edward and Sylvie have played an important role in supporting the community, opening up job opportunities with the employment of over 250 Malaysians, contributing positively to the Malaysian economy and working in partnership with various local charities.
