SCR Mechanical is a specialty construction firm with a core focus on Mechanical process, Underground Utilities and Heavy Civil work trades and HVAC. SCR was established in 2012 by combining successful project and field management experiences in our trades. As managers we have over 35 years of direct oversight responsibilities of local projects including municipal water and waste water treatment plant upgrade and expansion projects, multiple UV disinfection projects. Also, public schools, low-income housing and aviation projects encompassing jet fuel piping, concourse and terminal build outs, preconditioned air systems with Ice storage, chiller change outs and new chiller plant construction. As managers in the office and in the field we have gained experience in the specialty construction market maintaining focus on our core trades. Our managing philosophy requires that we preserve the commitments to our customers. These commitments extend past the printed contract and are demonstrated on the projects’ sites with our Managers’ knowledge of scheduling software such as Oracle/Primavera and the managing software Expedition. In all the years of learned experience, SCR’s managers have maintained the highest site safety standards. Collectively, our Managers have had no lost time injuries in the past ten years of construction work.
