When it comes to practices, using High Performing Cultures' CultureWise program (https://culturewise.com/), we help organizations ingrain rituals to make an ideal culture a daily-experienced and -practiced reality among employees. Finally, we provide speaking engagements and workshops with teams to improve team dynamics, communication, healthy conflict, and more. At an individual and small group level, we provide leadership development training. This largely consists of speaking engagements, assessments, and workshops on concepts like servant leadership, resilience, mental toughness, and adaptability, and leadership identity. Workshops can also include experiential learning built around rock climbing experiences (indoor or outdoor) that make learning fun, memorable, and increasingly impactful. Finally, we provide individual coaching to help individuals thrive. This may begin with professional coaching, but often expands to consider other components of one's life as an integrated whole.
