While looking for my next opportunity, it has been really fun sharing so many of the lessons I have learned, and advice that I have received, over the last 20 years. Building a business is never easy. Some particular challenges that have been of interest are: building a strong company culture across continents, devising and implementing the optimal go-to-market approach, establishing a customer-centric culture and the customer success function to help customers derive value, migrating an on-premise solution to SaaS and moving to a subscription pricing model, fundraising, and selling and integrating a company into a larger organization.
