The City of Delaware's Economic Development Department and Entrepreneur Center serve to assist in the attraction, retention, growth and development of companies of all sizes. We work to increase the economic prosperity for the nearly 40,000 residents of the City of Delaware, Ohio, the 4th fastest growing community in Central Ohio and the county seat of Ohio's fastest growing county. We work to help residents to start their own businesses or to find jobs that are related to their education and training. With a labor force of nearly 20,000 and access to a labor shed with 1.6 million workers, we can find workers for nearly every type of employer.
