Chair Mentors International (CMi) provide business leaders with structured, personalised and confidential mentoring from an international roster of over 80 chairmen with board experience from 61 countries across 18 nationalities. Our mentoring is directed towards five distinct groups: CEO Succession Candidates, Chief Executive Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chairmen and Senior Executives. Many of our mentors have run large global companies and know business leadership from all angles; as CEOs, Executive Committee members, Non-Executives and Chairs. This holistic experience gives them broad and diverse perspectives on the challenges of leading large complex businesses. Each mentoring engagement is tailored to the particular requirements of the company and the mentee. With our prestigious mentor roster, CMi is able to assign more than one mentor to a mentee, which adds perspective and breadth.
