Eurocentre was established in 1971 by a group of Greek corporate executives and entrepreneurs, under the guidance of British academics. Its mission was to provide quality professional education to aspiring, mid-level and senior professionals, enabling them to apply up-to-date international knowhow to their fields of practice. Eurocentre established links with leading professional bodies such as the CIM - Chartered Institute of Marketing, CAM - Communication Advertising and Marketing Education Foundation and the IAA - International advertising Association, delivering professional qualifications in the Greek and the English language. During the 1970s and 1980s Eurocentre expanded its operations to a number of Greek cities such as Thessaloniki, Patras, Piraeus, Larissa as well as international locations namely London, UK and Nicosia, Cyprus. In the mid-1990s, Eurocentre established AGSM ATHENS GRADUATE SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT, delivering undergraduate and postgraduate education programmes in Business and Management in collaboration with Nottingham Trent University Business School, UK. Since 1997, Eurocentre has developed into a significant Think-Tank with an extensive network of associates, focusing its activities on business and new venture development, education and training, consulting and mentoring, knowledge production and applied research.
