Ron Mosher, who has over 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry, is the majority shareholder of Greystone and actively works in the real estate business through the company. Truda Lachman is the Broker of Record and manages the day to day operations. Greystone is licensed through the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) and are members of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Our tenant base ranges from small businesses to international companies, with leases that vary from simple standard industrial leases to retail/office leases that include caps, base years, and/or exclusions.
